1. What is NIBB

NIBB is a service where you write about a topic and mission given each day, and read what others wrote on the same topic. It measures the reading grade level of your writing, and if you'd like, you can get feedback from an AI coach. The company behind NIBB is Montana Co., Ltd.

2. Signing Up and Accounts

• You can use NIBB without any sign-up process. Just pick a nickname and age group to get started.
• Accounts are distinguished by an identifier stored in your browser. If you clear your browser data, it may be hard to recover your history. If you become a member and leave an email address, we can help you recover it.
• Users under age 14 may access the global public Plaza only after a guardian unlocks it with an invite code.

3. Membership (Paid)

• For the first three days, you can try every feature. After that, today's topic, mission, standout sentences, and your daily record remain viewable, and your drawer and saved sentences are never locked.
• What membership unlocks is one single thing — the right to write today: the 10-minute daily writing session, titling and finishing your piece, and the Plaza, World, and standout sentences that only open once you finish.
• Follow-up questions (AI) are limited to 3 times a day, always. Three during the trial, three with membership. Becoming a member doesn't increase this. We don't sell "the right to use more AI." It only asks follow-up questions — it doesn't fix your writing. Fixing it is up to you.
• Fees are charged at the amount and cycle shown on the payment screen, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Polar as the Merchant of Record. Receipts are also issued by Polar.
• The first 1,000 accounts that sign up will keep the original price for as long as their payments continue without interruption. If you cancel and rejoin later, the price at that time applies.
• If a payer is under 19, consent from a legal guardian is required. Payments made without consent may be canceled.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel anytime. Even after canceling, you can keep using membership until the already-paid period ends.
• If it's been within 7 days of payment and you haven't used any paid feature (like AI scoring) even once, we'll give you a full refund.
• If you've already used a paid feature, your right to withdraw your purchase may be limited under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. However, if the company is at fault — for example, a service outage — we'll issue a refund regardless of usage.

5. Who Owns What You Write

• Copyright in your writing belongs to you. The company does not take it.
• When you post to the Plaza, the company uses that writing to display it within the service (in listings, search, example features, and so on). If you delete your writing, this use ends too.
• Writing posted to the Plaza may also be used to introduce NIBB (in video/image ads, introductory posts, etc.). When that happens, we follow these rules.
• — Only the sentence goes out. Names, nicknames, age groups, and locations never go out.
• — Not a single character is changed. It's used exactly as written.
• — Writing from accounts whose age group is set to "Child" is never used.
• — Writing that was never posted to the Plaza is never used. Anything kept only in your drawer stays entirely yours.
• — If you ask us to remove it, we will. Just send a line to help@nibb.ink. The same applies if you delete the writing.
• The company does not use your writing to train AI models, and does not sell it to outside parties.
• Writing submitted for AI scoring is sent to Anthropic for processing. See Section 4 of the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Things You Shouldn't Do

• Abusive or hateful language, sexual content, violent content
• Advertising, spam, repeated posting
• Posting someone else's personal information
• Posting someone else's writing as your own
• Content that encourages self-harm or harm to others
• Automated scraping of the service or sending excessive requests

If two different people report the same piece of writing, it's immediately made private. Repeated violations may result in restricted access.

Zero tolerance. NIBB has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We review every report within 24 hours. Content that breaks the rules is removed and its writer is removed from NIBB.

7. Changes to and Discontinuation of the Service

Features may change as we work to make them better. Important changes that disadvantage paying members will be announced 30 days in advance. If the service is ever shut down entirely, we'll give 30 days' notice and refund any remaining paid period.

8. Responsibility

• The AI coach's feedback and reading grade level are reference points meant to help with writing practice. Please don't use them as a basis for academic, work, legal, or medical decisions.
• Phrases shown in "Anatomy" are not actual ads or the words of any real company or person — they're newly written examples modeled after common patterns.
• Responsibility for the content of writing posted by other users lies with the person who wrote it.
• Except in cases of intentional or gross negligence, the company is not liable for indirect damages to users.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, we hope to resolve it through conversation first; if litigation becomes necessary, the court will be determined under the Civil Procedure Act.
